Important Note
The following warranty applies only to the first consumer who has purchased the eCarrier product(s) and commences on the date of purchase by the consumer from an Authorised Dealer.
Australian Consumer Law
eCarrier products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Limited Warranty
For the period of one year, from the date of purchase from the Authorised Dealer, in the event of defective manufacture or materials, eCarrier will, at our option, repair or replace found to be faulty by eCarrier.
Warranty Exclusions
- This warranty will not apply to any components (including tyres) requiring replacement due to the normal wear and tear of day-to-day usage.
- This warranty will not apply to a defect due to accident, misuse, neglect, fire, acts of nature, such as lightning strikes, etc. or damage from other external causes, alteration, unauthorised repair, improper operation, maintenance, storage or commercial use.
- This warranty will not apply to products purchased from outside Australia or from an unauthorised dealer.
Warranty Claim
During the warranty period, if there are any defects in the product’s manufacturing or materials, the consumer should contact eCarrier or the authorised dealer from whom the product was purchased. Warranty service must be performed by eCarrier representatives. eCarrier shall provide specific instructions for obtaining warranty service. Typically, a representative will use a video call or request you to send a video to check for any defects in the product. If your claim is approved, eCarrier will replace the faulty parts with a new or refurbished part at our discretion.
Please note that this warranty solely covers the replacement parts and does not cover the expenses incurred for installing the replacement part. eCarrier will only send you the part with instructions on how to install the replacement part or do the repair.
In case you need to return a product for your claim, you are responsible for arranging and paying for the shipping to the address we provide. It’s important to note that you must obtain written authorisation before returning any item to us. When the warranty service is complete, either pick up the product from us or pay for it to be delivered to you.

We will need your personal information to process your claim under this warranty. If you do not wish to provide us with your personal information, we may be unable to process your claim. We are committed to protecting the privacy of personal information. We will act in compliance with applicable privacy laws, including the National Privacy Principles under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (as amended).
