Returns & Refunds

Eligibility for Return and Refund:

  • We conditionally accept returns and issue refunds only for purchases made directly from our authorised dealers listed on this website.
  • The purchase must be returned within 10 days of the invoiced delivery date.
  • The return must be in its original, unused condition and packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • The buyer is responsible for the freight cost of the return.
  • A restocking fee of up to 25% will be deducted from the refund amount.

Conditions Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Sale or discounted items.

Refund Process:

  • Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect the item.
  • You will receive an email within 15 business days notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 28 business days.

Additional Information:

  • For purchases from an online store, the product must be returned to that store.
  • You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your purchase.
  • Shipping, handling and installation costs are non-refundable. These costs will be deducted from your refund.
